26/1/26 Today I Step into my Power…are you with me??

I grew up in a Family Unit that I never felt that I belonged to.

I was sexually abused as a child for 3 years between the ages of 9 and 12 by someone who married into our family.

My Mother blamed me for this saying I must have been doing something bad to attract it. She also silenced me and destroyed my character by telling my family I was mentally ill and an attention seeking liar. Some of my family believed her and some did not. I spent my entire life from that moment until 2025 (59 years old) feeling like my voice didn't matter, I had no voice, I was a bad person, nobody loved me, with a massive fear of abandonement.

Well, I am now free, I chose to step up, to find my voice, to heal my inner wounds, to speak up, to rise up and step into my power.

My journey took me to dark places with dark entities who silenced me more and abused me again retriggering all my guilt and shame. This is why I am committed to helping people leaving Narcissistic Abuse behind them and rebuilding their identity from scratch. I am with you all the way from the Chaos back to the Calm.
